Distributed Learning Is Key to Our Industry
We’re excited to announce All Day Hey! Live, a brand new format from All Day Hey! allowing anyone, anywhere in the world a chance to participate in a live conference broadcast at on 7th May, 2020.
Like everyone else across the world, we’ve been observing the evolving case of the pandemic affecting everyone’s everyday lives. The safety and wellbeing of our community are absolutely paramount to what we do, and the current health situation has dictated that we revise the delivery of All Day Hey! this year bringing our industry together with an alternative format.
On 7th May we’ll be broadcasting a live stream of the conference we intended to deliver. We believe delivering a conference digitally in what is a difficult time for everyone, feeling isolated, when life feels paused, is the best demonstration of the capabilities of our industry. People coming together to learn new skills, to chat and inspire each other, is at the very core of All Day Hey! and something we’re determined to deliver on.
Like the in-person conference, we want everyone to be able to attend. Tickets for the all-day, single-track, live-streamed conference are priced affordably and start at just £19. If you are currently out of work we don’t want you to miss enjoying the conference, so please get in touch, and we will be happy to gift you a ticket.
We’re all in this together. Let’s push things forward.
I purchased a ticket for the original conference, what happens?
Your original ticket is being refunded, no questions asked. We urge you to purchase a new, cheaper ticket for All Day Hey! Live to gain access to the live broadcast on the same date. Your continued support is much appreciated.
What does my ticket give me access to?
Your ticket gives you access to the live broadcast along with a live chat where you can chat with fellow attendees and speakers. Talks will be pre-recorded so that speakers can answer any questions you may have live on the day. There will be multiple channels setup to discuss different topics to ensure attendees can socialise in a similar way to an in-person conference. Content will be available for up to 90 days following the event.

Wait. What time does it start?!
Timezones, right? You can convert BST (British Summer Time) into your timezone using Every Time Zone or you can check out our schedule in multiple timezones over here.
I’m out of work at the moment, can I still come?
Yes. We’re supporting anyone who finds themselves out of work during this difficult time. Please get in touch and we’ll issue you with a ticket to the conference.
Why should I get involved?
The current international health situation is stressful for everyone. We wanted to do something that showed the world that learning doesn’t stop. Socialising doesn’t stop. Our industry doesn’t stop. We believe this is the right thing to do to bring people together in a safe, positive way that pushes our industry forward.
What about your awesome suppliers from this years event?
We have a massive thank you to say to them during an incredibly pressing time. The co-operation of everyone one of them has allowed us to pivot and put on this alternative offering with as little stress as possible.
What happened to Leeds International Festival?
Due to COVID-19 LeedsBID made the decision to cancel LIF 20 in it’s current form for this year. As a result of this, we pulled the conference outside of the festival and supported it as a stand alone event.
